These jokers, however, are not the only wild cards in this game - All of the deuces are also wild. Note that deuces are all of the 2’s in the deck and that ‘wild’ means any of the 6 wild cards can be substituted for any other card in the deck to make a winning hand, which the computer will automatically do for you.

Now you may be wondering, like many other people, why this game is called ‘double’ joker poker. It is called ‘double’ because of the double feature on the game. The double feature works like this: Let’s say that you win $10. An option will then pop up asking whether you would like to ‘double’ your winnings. If you decide to try and double your winnings, then you will be taken to another screen and five cards. The first card to the left of the screen will be flipped over by the computer, and depending on what value card comes up, you have to pick a card that will end up being higher in numerical value in order to win. If your card is higher, then you double your bet and get to move on. Although it's risky, this can make a good win into a great win.

In each round of the game there are chances to get one of those wild cards to make a winning hand out of something that could have been a hand that would have not won you anything.
